The units are very spacious. they come with all the modern appliances including energy efficient lights and heatpumps, digital locks that can be monitored and tracked using mobile app is one of the many cool features.
The scenic views from this building are breathtaking.

Yes we do have a party room available for meetings, birthday parties and other social gatherings for nominal charge.

We have Gym, Table Tennis Room, and Media Room (theatre) that are available for free to all tenants.
