About
Enjoy the Many Benefits of Living In Clemson Off Campus Housing
Not every student likes living in a dorm. Fortunately, today's options, when it comes to a place to stay, includes Clemson off campus housing. Here you'll find a relaxed atmosphere that allows you to do your studies, but it still provides you with many ways to have fun with your new-found friends. With a dorm room, you are typically assigned a roommate. This is usually someone you don't know, and you have to share a bedroom. Bathrooms are often shared among several students. With off-campus housing, you'll have your own private bedroom and bathroom with doors that lock. Contact The Revenue at Clemson at reserveatclemson.com for more info.

I lived at the reserve this past year and have had a very positive experience. The staff is nice and prompt in answering concerns. The property is well maintained and looks to make updates to itself frequently. I would recommend it!

I’ve lived at the Reserve for two years now in the four bedroom apartment and I would recommend to students who want lower cost housing. Having three roommates can lead to issues with things like fridge space, but overall the reserve is a good place to live. It’s on the Red Cat-bus route which is convenient if you don’t want to pay for a campus parking pass or need a ride downtown. There have been some bugs in the summer, but I haven’t heard of an apartment in Clemson that doesn’t have a similar issue. Maintenance is quick and the rooms are pretty big; sharing a bathroom with one other person hasn’t been an issue.
