I am so impressed with Heritage Forest. Mostly I’m impressed with Torrie! Torrie was so amazing and wonderful. I have been looking for a home for myself and my two young children for some time now and it has been hard. With Covid things got behind and I got in debt. I have been climbing out but my credit score is still low. Torrie looked past that at the person I am and gave me a chance. Before I left he looked me in the eye and told me to stop worrying, my children and I had a home. I just cried with relief! Such a wonderful experience thanks to Torrie.

I am beyond happy with staying at this complex. The office staff are amazing. I WILL GIVE A BIG SHOUT OUT TO THEM THANK YOU NICOLE AND SAMANTHA. YOu both have been amazing and helped me through my rough patch with my apartment. They are not there just to work , I promise I am a big witness of that. They will help you.
Moving here was the best decision I have made .

I have lived in this complex now for 3 years and I give it 5 stars because the rental office staff is AMAZING! They're friendly and very compassionate about the well being of their tenants. I have been having some hardship and they have been so understanding and patient with Me. I love this staff. This place is a awesome place to live. Just like anywhere you choose to live you have to make it feel like home because there's little problems everywhere you live. I could be homeless but this staff has been nothing but AWESOME and they have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME with great communication. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I big Shout out to SAMANTHA AND NICOLE these women really ROCK!

The staff was very nice and friendly, had a smile on their faces whenever I came into the office.. They made the application and move in process easy. They were always available to assist when needed. They always made my concerns of an importance.

Q:Are these apartments equal opportunity housing? Based on income and do I need to have a section 8 voucher?
A:
As far as I know, it's only based on income if you are applying through housing authority. I heard that they are based pay rent, but you can use a section 8 voucher to get into the complex.
