I went to the 6th street location and had an issue opening an account. In the past I had signed up for a credit card, bank account, and payroll using slight variations of two address and that populated into 5 different addresses attached to my name. Kenny walked me through what I needed and got me set up with an account. Everyone else I spoke with was courteous and helpful, I would recommend this bank.

If you just looking for basic account you can walk in to any river city bank and open one. The main branch is downtown Louisville 6th street. This is also the best bank to open an investment loan
